Summer Exercise Sampler

In this 6 week course Jenna will sprinkle in different fitness formats to keep you engaged and energized.  Each week will focus on a different total body workout such as Tabata, Cardio Strength, Barre, AMRAP and more!  A mat and hand weights are suggested for all weeks.

English language learners who want to improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, will work on vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and conversation. All students must make registration appointment at 207.363.7922 for testing and intake.

These classes are in person at the York Adult Education.

Yoga helps with stress relief; better breathing; increase in strength and flexibility; improved circulation; cardiovascular conditioning; inner peace and more. (All classes will be designed to meet the needs of Beginning yogis and Advanced Beginners practicing yoga). Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
