Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is a people’s garden, a grassroots effort that began as a casual conversation between friends and evolved into the largest botanical garden in New England. Lunch is available at the Kitchen Garden  Café, at the Market on-site or bring your own lunch. To search  for what’s in bloom during a specific time period, please visit  FloraFind, our online database of what is planted at Coastal  Maine Botanical Gardens. Please register early, there is a limit of ten. Transportation is provided

Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Plimouth Plantation Museum Overnight Trip –New

Trip to the Plymouth Plantation and the Oceanographic Institute.  September 24 and 25.   This trip leaves Wells High School on September 24 at 8:00 a.m.  We head for Plymouth and tour first the Mayflower and then onto Plymouth Plantation where we will have a light lunch and then head to Falmouth.   We will be spending the night, breakfast is included in the hotel.  That evening we will be going out for a lovely dinner and then the next morning we have a tour scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at the Oceanographic Institution. We will leave Woods Hole to go to the Heritage Museum in Sandwich (Incredible gardens and antique car collection). We will have lunch at the museum. We will start our journey back home to Wells. Price of the trip is $450.00 per person double occupancy.   This trip is limited to 8 people or more if there is interest. We need to know by September 12 to order tickets.
