SUSHI Made Simple

Sushi may seem mysterious and exotic, but making sushi at home is something anyone can do. Join this fun, hands-on adventure into the art of sushi rolling. You will choose from a wide assortment of sushi fillings and customize your own rolls to eat during class. Delight in this all-you-can-eat buffet. A complimentary bamboo mat will be provided to bring home. No raw fish is served. This class is vegan and gluten friendly.
Children 12 years old and up accompanied by an adult are welcome to register at the same price. Please bring a cutting board, a sharp NON- serrated knife, large bowl, and a cotton dish towel.

Learn How Pets Communicate from the Afterlife

Learn how pets in spirit have the ability to send signals to the living, and wait for us in the afterlife. Rob Gutro, medium, paranormal investigator, scientist, and author of the Pets and the Afterlife series (books 1-4) will discuss how to cope with grief after losing a beloved pet. He will identify the signs they give us and the science behind why living pets can sense entities. By the end of the talk, you'll be able to find the signs from your pets in spirit.

Join Coastal Carol of Coast Encounters for a delightful culinary journey into the world of sea vegetables. Learn the many nutritional benefits of sea vegetables and the simple methods of preparation to incorporate them into your diet. Carol is a marine educator with over 25 years’ experience educating people of all ages about “life between the tides.” She has made these ancient plants of the sea a regular part of her diet. Find out why and enjoy tasting each of the many recipes she prepares. A full meal will be served and is included in the cost of the class. Menu includes dishes made with various sea vegetables, all harvested by local companies in the Gulf of Maine.
