This course is made for you if you want to learn to fully take advantage of your iPhone’s features and capabilities. You will learn how to use your iPhone not only to text and receive and make phone calls, but also to use a variety of apps and navigate the iPhone’s Settings. Discovering how to access different apps and features quickly with the Control Center will save you time. Many more “how-to’s” included. In addition to the step-by-step instructions, we offer articles, “cheat sheets,” and supplementary videos to bolster your knowledge.

This is a step-by-step guide to taking beautiful photos, appropriate for novice photographers and anyone who wants to significantly upgrade their photography skills. Students will learn to take photos, portraits, slo-motion, panos, and more. Also students will learn about camera settings for proper focus and exposure, High Dynamic Range, and picture composition.

This online course allows students to work at their own pace.

The three instructors provide personalized support for the class via email and/or online chat.

Join cooking instructor and best selling Chinese cookbook author Chris Toy as he shares some of his favorite recipes from his new cookbook, Easy Chinese Cookbook: Restaurant Favorites Made Simple. The class will include 3 full length step by step videos of Chris demonstrating some of his recipes. There will also be video tips for buying and caring for a wok and for selecting, sharpening, and caring for a Chinese cleaver. You will be provided  with Chris Toy’s email and cell phone number so you can contact him directly for support before, during, and after the class. You will also receive a signed copy of his cookbook that will be available at the Adult Education office.  After registering for the class please call to set up a time to pick up your book. This is a self-paced course.
