Learn to increase your capabilities to communicate, create, and connect by mastering your iPad's features.  This course covers navigating your iPad's features.  This course covers navigating your iPad, it's Camera and Photos apps, the options available in Settings, ways to communicate through writing and video, plus how to answer and make phone calls.  Plus, you will learn about the apps that came already loaded on your iPad like the Calendar and Siri, your virtual assistant.  It is important that you have updated to IOS 15; but don't worry - if you don't know how, we will show you the steps.  Finally, you will also learn about accessibility features that are helpful for folks with finger mobility, sight, or hearing difficulties.

You will master medical calculations in and engaging environment in these fun and practical lessons. You will gain the medical math skills you need for anything from calculating dosages to using scientific formulas. Whatever medical field you are in, the hands-on activities in this course will help you perform day-to-day math tasks quickly and easily.

You will brush up your basic math skills by reviewing fractions, decimals, and percentages. Then you will dive into measurement systems and conversions used in the medical field. You will do dosage calculations for oral, parenteral, and intravenous medications. You will explore three different methods you can use for dosage calculations. Medical Transcription is a desired field for most people trying to work at home.  Strong typing, computer, and English Grammar skills are essential.  Medical terminology, formats, rules and regulations, jobs, calculation of pay, confidentiality, and tricks of the trade, all equipment, reference books, and course books are provided with the course fee.  Classes are online for 16 weeks with completion of 16-week to 6-month options.  This is a State Certified Program, and you will receive a Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation upon graduation, resumes and how to obtain a job are covered in this program.  The program includes Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Transcription.
