Calendar Jan 8, 2024 at 6 pm, runs for 12 weeks

RSU 3 has its own fitness center located at the high school that is available for use by the community. Come join us and set up a fitness plan that will work for you! Sessions include a complete orientation and availability of an on-sight staff during the entire session. The center is fully equipped with several cardiovascular machines including treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent stationary bicycles, a rowing machine, free weights, and a complete Life Fitness Pro circuit series of weight machines. Requires medical clearance waiver. Must be 18 years or older. No street shoes allowed in the fitness facility.

Get fit for only $70 per Session or pay as you go $4 per night.

New members—not sure if you are ready to join? Try it free for your first night.

Effective reading comprehension is essential to success at the college level and to advance in one’s career. This course is designed to help students improve reading comprehension and critical analysis. An emphasis is placed on developing vocabulary and improving reading speed. Assignments introduce students to college level textbooks, outlining strategies, and critical researching skills.

Remote instruction by appointment on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.

Lace up your sneakers, grab your music and a friend and come on inside for some walking fun. Don’t be a couch potato this winter! The Mt. View complex has been mapped out with a circuit for community members to get some exercise. Add a spin around the track for some fresh air (weather permitting of course). Pre-registration is required and there will an orientation on your first night. Cost is only $5 registration fee for the year!

Do you love to crochet or knit but don't want to do it alone?  Do you need help with a project?  Or do you want to learn how to make something for yourself?  Let us help you!!!

We are offering a crochet and knitting lab.  This is for anyone who loves to crochet or knit and wants to learn.  Our instructor is amazing!  Let us know what you want to learn to make and we will find a pattern and she can teach you.  If you just want to drop in for 1 night and get help on a project, it will only cost you a $5 drop in fee.  Or do you want to hang out all 19 weeks and chat while working on projects, no problem!
