Neck and Shoulders Workshop

Have tension in your neck and shoulders? This workshop will offer you some poses and exercises that will help to relieve some of your tension and will teach you many techniques that can be used at home or work to reduce pain and tension. These skills and poses can be repeated daily. All levels are welcome.
Equipment will be provided for you. Information learned through yoga classes and workshops should not be considered a substitute for medical advice.
Fryeburg Fair Woodsmen's Day

The Fryeburg Fair is Maine’s Largest agricultural fair and one of the best blue ribbon fair in the United States. Woodsmen's Field Day is for men and women from all over the U.S. who compete in over 27 woods-related events. Bucksaw, standing block, the axe throw, tree felling, crosscut, springboard, we have it all. Events run all day with winners and awards given out regularly and also at the closing of the day, typically around 5 p.m. Be sure to join us at Woodmen's Field Day. You're going to love it! Fryeburg Fair Senior Citizen Day

The Fryeburg Fair is Maine’s Largest agricultural fair and one of the best blue ribbon fairs in the United States. During the day, many activities and events include a draft horse show, sheep show, Ox powder puff, flower show, horse racing, and many exhibits. Please bring your appetite, because there are many different selections to enjoy. Admission and transportation are included in the cost. There are a maximum of 8 participants for this trip. We will meet at Wells High School at 8:00 by the Athletic Center. Please enroll early. For a complete list of events, go to www.fryeburgfair.org If there is great interest, we will be able to take a second van, please sign up early so we can make arrangements. The $27. fee covers transportaion and entrance fee, must be a Senior Citizen

Create a fun and festive fall inspired look or get "spooky" and make adorable Halloween friends. Whichever you choose to make, you'll be sure to have lots of fun being creative!
