Let It Go! Fiesta (Tuesday Sessions)

"Let it Go with Tony" is under TDF (Tony Dance Fiesta LLC) and is not only a dance program that helps you physically by burning calories and keeping you fit, but it also helps you fight depression, it will encourage you to feel empowered and confident. It will be a time dedicated especially to you, where you will laugh, dance, without being judged. This class is for everybody, gender, age and shape… you will go at your own pace, just like you would in a nightclub or in a family party! Course fee is for 6 sessions with Tony.

Sunnyside Gardens welcomes you to visit gardens that have been and still are evolving. A nursery for 26 years has gradually traded rectangular beds that once held hundreds of lined pots to curving beds divided by exploratory paths. Gardens are always changing, plants come and go. Come, enjoy this space, ask questions and maybe even grab a plant!

(All classes will be designed to meet the needs of Beginning yogis and Advanced Beginners practicing yoga). Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
