Fencing for Teens & Adults

DATE CHANGE: This program will be meeting on Wednesdays from 11am-12:15pm.
Come learn the Olympic sport of fencing! Instruction will cover stance, footwork, bladework drills, and bouting. All levels are welcome to participate, with a focus on beginners. All equipment will be provided throughout the session. NOTE: A protective chest/breast plate will need to be purchased separately. This is a personal gear item that you must purchase on your own to keep at home and bring to class (approx. $30). ZUMBA Session 4

Robin's Zumba® classes have been running strong for over 14 years through the Wells Ogunquit Adult Ed. Zumba® is dance exercise for people who don't consider themselves dancers but love to dance. The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Robin uses fun, high energy music and the moves are basic and repeated enough times so that you really know them. Plus one of the best things about Zumba® is the emphasis on modifying the moves to make them your own. Questions about the class? Line dancing is accessible to everyone, fun for all, and no partner is needed! This will not be strictly country line dancing as a wide range of music will be used. Those who have done jazz and ballroom dancing will enjoy this form of dance too. Dances will be varied and suited for beginner and experienced students. (Drop in Fee $15)

Gentle Moderate Mindful Yoga

Please join us for this Gentle-Moderate Yoga class that is suitable for every body. Through a mindfiul approach that focuses on the connection between movement, breath and intention, each unique individual has the opportunity to improve the quality of their overall life experience. As we move mindfully through a series of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and strength, students can expect to feel greater confidence and alignment of mind, body and heart. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. Props, such as Yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters are encouraged.
