Piloxing® is back! APRIL/MAY
with Bonnie Honaker, MSAD 52 Adult & Community Education
Piloxing® is back! A group exercise that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. A high-energy workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations & Pilates-influenced movements.
Please bring a yoga mat and optional lightweight Piloxing® gloves (also available for purchase.) Class can be done barefoot, in yoga socks or sneakers.
Class can be done in-person or virtually with a Zoom account (camera must be left on and participant visible.)
WEDNESDAYS • 6:30-7:30pm $37 per session OR $10 drop-in rate!
SESSION 2: APRIL 24, MAY 1, 8, 15, 22 (makeup date MAY 29 if needed)
• $37 per session (there are two different sessions offered)
$10 drop-in rate per class is also offered!
Chair Yoga APRIL

This morning ONLINE class practiced in a chair offers mind and body benefits without having to get up and off the floor or even changing out of your pj’s.
Improve your range of motion, relax tight or overused muscles and release tension from your mind.

This is a live, online class via Zoom.
This morning class practiced in a chair offers mind and body benefits without having to get up and off the floor or even changing into Yoga clothes. Enjoy a “pick me up” at home or at your office by using structural techniques to improve you range of motion, relax tight or overused muscles and release tension from the mind.

Do you wake up in the morning with tight/stiff muscles? Do you experience low back pain and decreased mobility in your hips, shoulders, and neck? You know you need to stretch but you’re not quite sure what to? If you have answered yes to any of the above this 45 minute total body stretch class is what you need. It will leave you feeling taller, more limber, and ready to start your day!
Yoga + Strength
with ELYSE RUDNER, MSAD #37 Adult & Community Education
This hour long class will ground students in yoga postures and breathing and once warmed up we will incorporate gentle strength training for core and upper body. Class will conclude with guided relaxation. All experience levels are welcome. The instructor will offer modifications. Please join us for this wellness opportunity!
Students will need a yoga mat. Yoga blocks 3"x6"x9" suggested, but not required. We will have supplies, such as mats and blocks, available for purchase.
Disc Golf Basics
with Windham/Raymond Adult Education
Are you interested in learning how to play disc golf and the rules associated with disc golf? We will share everything you need to know to get started from the types of discs you can throw to tips on developing your disc golf form. Disc golf is a game in which players attempt to throw a frisbee disc from a tee box into a standing basket hole. Playing disc golf can also show you a new, exciting way to exercise and spend your free time, a way to engage socially and make new friends, and even a new way to relax in an atmosphere like no other. No need to have your own set of discs to start as loaners will be available at class. $5 course fee/week is covered in the cost of the class.

Ancient Hawaiian Hula dancing is steeped in tradition and history. In this 6-week, introductory class, participants will be immersed in the culture, language, and dance of the Hula Kahiko. This class is intended for those looking to begin an exploration of this sacred culture through the art of dance. Participants should dress for moderate activity. Participants will need to fill out a fitness waiver to participate in this class.

Americorps is a program whereby citizens can Make A Difference in their community! Enroll to lend your energy and ability to advance a well-thought-out project and program. Members receive a stipend, fully paid health insurance (full time) and an education awared that can be applied to any post-secondary school’s tuition/fees.
