Robin's Zumba® classes have been running strong for over 15 years through the Wells Ogunquit Adult Ed. Zumba® is dance exercise for people who don't consider themselves dancers but love to dance. The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Robin uses fun, high energy music and the moves are basic and repeated enough times so that you really know them. This introductory class will teach you the basics of improv with a positive, safe, and nurturing approach. You and your fellow classmates will gain confidence and begin to support one another throughout the course. Prior improv experience is NOT required. Since we improvise every time we engage in conversation, this is a great way to sharpen your skills and have fun at the same time!

For all boaters on inland and coastal waters. This all-ages course is approved by the State of Maine, meeting boater education requirements for operators 16 to 25 on inland and coastal waters out to the three-mile line. This is the National Association of Boating Law Administrators-approved course, honored in all states, on inland and coastal waters, where boater education is required. Course ID card must be carried when operating on the water. Please bring a notebook and writing utensil.

James Katz holds a BA from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA. He has been a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary since 1996 and currently holds certification as a Navigation Specialist, Instructor, Vessel Examiner, and Safety Patrol Boat Coxswain.

Although Maine's Death with Dignity Act has been in place since September 2019, most patients and medical personnel are still unaware of it. Learn how to talk about it with your doctor, how to comply with the law, or how to help a family member who might qualify.

Val Lovelace founded the 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization Maine Death with Dignity and also serves as its executive director. She spearheaded a grassroots campaign from 2014 to 2019 to pass Maine's aid-in-dying statute, the Maine Death with Dignity Act. She is committed to providing factual information regarding medical aid in dying in the United States to politicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and their families.

This class will begin with an overview of basic estate planning, including Wills,Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. The class will then delve into,learning how revocable trusts can help avoid probate and protect your privacy, andhow irrevocable trusts can protect your assets from nursing home or Maine Care(Medicaid) liens. Discussion will include other strategies to safeguard assets from life events such as business failure or divorce of adult children.
