Each interval is designed to be modifiable, empowering participants to challenge themselves safely and mindfully. Expect a feel-good mix of cardio bursts, controlled strength segments, balance training, and grounding breathwork, no equipment required. Perfect for all fitness levels who want a more energetic class while still staying grounded in body awareness and safe mechanics. Nicole is an ACE certified fitness instructor and USAF veteran. The course fee is for 5 sessions with Nicole. No equipment needed. You can bring a yoga mat and light dumbbells (optional). *No class 4/20.
Introductory Stained Glass Workshop

Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People

In just a few hours, you can learn enough secrets of the trade to give you years of musical enjoyment. Learn to play piano the way professionals do-using chords. The chord method is LOTS of fun and dramatically easier to learn than reading notes. Fee includes the online book, online follow up lessons, a recording of the class and also an optional periodic question and answer session. Class is held online using zoom and is partly hands-on instruction and partly lecture demonstration. *This course includes ONE live online session, and students follow up on their own with provided video lessons.
