Students will expand their understanding of key concepts while exploring contrast, the rule of thirds, composition strategies, and more. This class focuses on helping you develop your artistic eye and learn how to tell a story through your images. Perfect for those who understand the basics and are ready to take their photography to the next level.

In just a few hours, you can learn enough secrets of the trade to give you years of musical enjoyment. Learn to play piano the way professionals do-using chords. The chord method is LOTS of fun and dramatically easier to learn than reading notes. Fee includes the online book, online follow up lessons, a recording of the class and also an optional periodic question and answer session. Class is held online using zoom and is partly hands-on instruction and partly lecture demonstration. *This course includes ONE live online session, and students follow up on their own with provided video lessons.

Get to know the basics of starting your own sourdough. Leave with a couple of basic recipes and a container of sourdough starter to begin your own adventure! Ingredients fee payable to instructor: $15

Parents:  It is vital that your student arrive on time for class.  Due to late arrivals, students are falling short of their 30 hours of class time and must make up the time.  Because the State of Maine requires 30 hours of class time, if your student arrives late, they will be turned away, and a charge will apply (below) for the class to be made up.  It is very important that your student arrives on time.  Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.  Thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE:  Parents are required to attend the last 45 minutes of the first class AND participate in a ride-along with your child for one hour of their 10 hour driving lessons requirement.

Are you between ages 15 and 19 and want your State of Maine permit to prepare for your driving exam? We offer driver education courses to help build strong, safe, and confident drivers. Students are awarded an instructional permit upon successful completion of the course with a grade of 80 percent or better. Only employee discounts are allowed, but you must call to register. If the student has a medical condition, please contact the office or click on the link below as an additional medical form is required. Total hours of instruction is 40; 30 classroom and 10 driving. Full payment of $575 is required at the time of registration. If a student withdraws from the course, $75 is withheld from the refund to cover program costs. Only employee discounts for this class. Please bring your birth certificate or passport to the first class and a pen to every class as well as glasses for your eye exam, if you wear them.
