13 Yeast Rolls in 3 Hours

Who can resist the smell of fresh bread baking? We will learn how to mix, knead, proof and shape basic yeast dough. Participants will learn how to create cloverleaf rolls, butter crescents, cinnamon swirls, tea rings and whole-wheat rolls, as well as an economically savory braid that comes together quickly. All materials included.

Men's Stretching and Strengthening Program

Using a combination of soft flowing and strengthening exercises, gentle stretching and balance postures focusing on postural alignment, focused breathing and a meditative mindset. Free the mind of distracting thoughts, expectations, and anxiety in order to experience centering, balance, reduce stress, develop strength, flexibility and gain personal control. Glass on Glass Landscape Mosaics

Please bring a photo of a natural landscape special to you to class. We will use the photos to create 8x12” mosaics by simplifying the landscape and highlighting its most prominent features. Although this is a great beginner class, all experience levels are welcome. We will learn how to score, break, and snip glass down to shape and glue to our substrate. On the last day of class we will finish with grout. No experience required! All Materials/Tools provided. A material fee of $35 must be paid to the instructor on the first night of class.
