Craving fluffy steamed buns? In this fun, hands-on session, you’ll learn the art of making baozi—one of China’s favorite breakfast treats symbolizing happiness and fullness. From dough fermentation and kneading to shaping savory pork buns and sweet red bean buns, you’ll learn how to create the perfect soft texture and balanced flavors. Enjoy learning about baozi’s cultural significance across regions and festivals while crafting your own delicious buns to take home.

Are you comfortable with your clay abilities and just looking for a place to work and improve your skills? Join us in the Morse High School Ceramics Studio and start making all those things you have been dreaming up! This is not an instructor lead class, but the instructor will be on site working in case you need something. $65 for materials and studio fee, payable to instructor, must be paid on the first night of class. *Purchasing additional clay: The fee is an additional $65 to cover the firing, glazes and other consumables used during class. As the saying goes, April showers bring May flowers. In this Raindrop Paint class, you’ll learn to paint a raindrop scene from the perspective of looking out a window covered in raindrops. This beginner-friendly class is led by Shirley Anderson. Canvas and paints are supplied.

This three-hour course is NOT about installing an alarm system. It is about adjusting your awareness around you as you move through your day and your home. It is about doing mental exercises to handle the “What if’s” to keep you and your loved ones safe. Learn situational awareness, conflict avoidance, and how to access your home’s defense. Class taught via Zoom.

This class will introduce fast, simple dinners prepared on a sheet pan and baked in your oven. Great for those busy school nights! This will be a hands-on class and participants will get to sample the dinners. Each participant will receive an electronic copy of the cookbook that accompanies this class. Bring: container. Ingredients fee payable to instructor: $5

Finish those UFOs (aka unfinished objects) or start a new one. Pick up helpful tips from fellow stitchers and make new friends! Escape those constant interruptions at home with over five hours of sewing and camaraderie. Show and tell is encouraged, and no one is too new to join in the fun!
