Based on World Tang Soo Do, Jessica Peck-Lindsey will guide participants through gentle therapeutic exercises that lead up to focus work and traditional forms. Learn a new way to move, together! No prior martial arts training is necessary. Classes are designed to meet the expereince level of participant from beginner to advanced. No class 10/12.

Did you know that you can make several cards using one piece of designer paper and some coordinating solid cardstock? Please join me while I teach a One Sheet Wonder class! You will learn how to make the most from your supplies and leave with 7-8 Christmas cards ready for the mailbox. Precut kits will be provided. Kits will possibly use different patterns than the image. Please bring your scissors, a glue stick, and your preferred coloring medium (markers, pencils, etc).

Learn how to sharpen knives, axes, pruners, scissors, and other blade tools. Bring your own dull tools that need to be touched up, or come to practice sharpening on some of our tools and stones. We'll cover the basic theory behind sharpening edge tools, and practice using a variety of sharpening stones.
