Introduction to Deep Breathing and Meditation

What is meditation and deep breathing exercise good for? Deep breathing is a form of meditation, a practice that researchers say dates back several thousand years. Research shows that meditation can reduce anxiety, sharpen memory, treat symptoms of depression, promote more restful sleep, and even improve heart health. And it can be done in 15 minutes a day!

Cuban Salsa: Beginners

In this class, students will learn the basics of Salsa footwork and some simple, fun moves that will get you out on the dance floor. You will learn how to connect with any partner, and build confidence dancing to different styles and tempos and music. Students will be introduced to the famous Salsa Rueda. Partner is recommended.
