Turn up the heat on date night with a hands-on evening of sourdough and romance! Join instructor Kayla as she guides you through the art of using sourdough as a delicious, gut-friendly pizza crust. You’ll learn how to shape, stretch, and bake the perfect pie while discovering the benefits of sourdough’s natural fermentation—like easier digestion and bold, tangy flavor. Bring your favorite pizza toppings and condiments to customize your creation, then enjoy your made-from-scratch masterpiece together.
Cost is per couple. Come hungry and leave with full hearts (and bellies)!

Cross Country & Snowshoe Trip to Jackson, NH Touring Center Trip 2

The “Foundation” maintains 150 km of trails that are considered by many to be the finest cross-country ski trails in the Eastern United States. Jackson Ski Touring Foundation presents state of the art grooming on trails designed to suit every taste and ability, whether you prefer quiet striding through old growth, New England forest, or all out skate skiing. You can visit on-trail destinations: the warming cabin and Cocoa Cabin on the Ellis River Trail. We will arrive to have a full day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing. You may bring your own equipment or rent at the touring center. Before heading back, we will dine at one of the fine local restaurants. This trip will enrich lives and promote a healthy lifestyle. Rental fees and food expenses are participant’s responsibility. Maximum of 8 may participate on this trip.

Visit Mozart's birthplace and the Mirabell Gardens, featured in The Sound of Music, during your time in Salzburg. The hills are alive on this enchanting journey across Switzerland, Austria and Bavaria.
