Welcome to the world of Romvong, a traditional Khmer (Cambodian) circle dance! This dance brings people together through rhythm, movement, and joy. In this class we will be learning saravan, lam leav, kbach, as well as other dances! These dances are pretty common in wedding celebrations, New Years, and other occasions. This is a beginner-friendly class where you will learn the basic steps, hand gestures, and move along with the flow of the music. It’s a casual dance class, so wear some comfy clothes and most importantly have fun! This is a great class to learn part of Cambodian culture.
