Participants will enjoy an effective whole body interval workout targeting muscular strength, cardiovascular stamina, core stability, flexibility, balance and coordination. Regain, maintain and improve fitness levels to be free to enjoy life and travel experiences, prevent injuries and maximize health span. Accessible and challenging for all levels and ages, beginner through athlete. Bring sneakers, mat and a water bottle. $6 drop in or $50 for 10 class card can be used for all Emma's M/T/W classes. No Classes on School Vacations. This is a drop-in class. There is no online registration for this class

This interval training class offers three essential fitness components: cardio, strength training, and stretching to release tension. Participants will engage in interval training, essential for calorie burning and weight loss. Students will engage in multiple actions for short bursts. $4 per class: Students must register and pay the instructor at the first class, but anyone can drop in or start the class anytime throughout the session. No discounts applicable. No Online registration available. Requirement: A mat or towel. No Class on School Vacations

Lace up your sneakers, grab your music and/or a friend, and come on inside for some walking fun. Don’t be  a couch potato this winter! With the help of Athletic Trainer Casey Holmes, the Mt View complex has been  mapped out for community members to get some exercise! Add a spin around the track for some added fresh  air! Pre-registration is required and there will be an Orientation on your first night. Available times will be  when school is NOT in session.

Set up a fitness plan that will work best for you. Session includes complete orientation and availability of an on-site trainer during the entire session. Discover your strengths and pursue 12 weeks of life enhancing workouts. Sign up for a 12-week session, using the facility up to 2 nights per week. The center is fully equipped with several cardiovascular machines including treadmills, elliptical, upright, and recumbent stationary bicycles, a rowing machine, free weights, and complete Life Fitness Pro circuit series of weight machines. Requires medical clearance waiver. Must be 18 years or older. No street shoes allowed in the fitness facility.

Love to dance, but hate to workout? Jump in the pool for a fitness routine that's easy on your knees, legs, and joints, and never gets boring. Latin Flair and other multicultural music sets the beat as you splish-splash and boogie your way to physical fitness.

Swimsuits are mandatory (no shorts and T-shirts). Please bring a towel. This class is ongoing so you can continue registering for new classes as you go. No discounts.

Practice proper breathing techniques, relaxation movements and leg strengthening exercises that will improve your balance and agility and reduce stress. These relaxing, low impact meditation movements will help increase lung capacity and might even lower your blood pressure. 

About Bob: Bob began using Tai Chi 30 years ago when his doctor requested he do so for his health. It has greatly improved his high blood pressure, flexibility and breathing. He has taught Tai Chi for 12 years having learned from five different teachers, one master and four practitioners. Bob loves being able to help people to improve their health through Tai Chi.
