VEGANS/GF can dive into this recipe too, given the carefully crafted options researched for you…Creamy and fulfilling, yet elevated and provocative. This dairy-free-optional recipe takes the humdrum out of tuna or chicken salad.

Floating Embroidery: Spring Bouquet

Intro to Wood Router Class

Who doesn't want a fresh, warm roll to go with any meal?! Don't let making bread intimidate you! Learn some simple and easy techniques and recipes to make dinner rolls at home with ease. Expect some hot, buttery, delicious rolls to enjoy at the end of class. This is a demonstration class, however, students are welcome to either watch or join us in the kitchen. Bring an apron and baggies for leftovers. Recipes provided.

Mary Bailey, pastry chef and past owner/chef of Thyme and Honey Bakery in Biddeford, is passionate about baking bread and teaching people how to incorporate homemade bread into their daily lives.

This course will arm you with the information you need to spot narcissists quickly and avoid them, or strategies to cope with them in situations where you can’t. There’s nothing better than summer in Maine. Bring it on: the heat, the humidity, thunder storms, and getting together to celebrate the season with family and friends. It’s fun and simple to enjoy sharing vegan versions of summer standards. Join Jinger and get to work creating vegan baked beans, traditional potato salad using homemade mayo (made onsite), orange/strawberry/mint salad, and fresh cabbage slaw with a lime-based dressing. And not to neglect one of summer’s highlights, we’ll top off this feast with strawberry shortcake using our own whipped topping. Oh yeah! Be sure to come hungry and bring along containers to take home any leftovers. All materials included.
