Runes are an ancient alphabet we use in many ways. In this 2-hour class, you will get the basics of runic magic and how to apply it to your life. A small bundle of supplies will also be given to each participant so that we can craft something in class.

The course will be an in depth look at Medicare, including details on every part, when to sign up, if you have to sign up, costs and coverages of each part. Reviewing extra help qualifications, enrollment periods, and income related monthly adjustment. Tyler is a holistic retirement planner in Dover NH covering Medicare, social security, finances, and estate planning.

The location has also changed from the yoga studio in Thomaston to the instructor's home studio in Waldoboro. Students will receive the address to the studio upon registration.

In this Gentle Yoga class for a healthy back participants will learn an evidenced based Yoga movement practice to maintain &/or improve back strength, flexibility & reduce low back pain. Together with Breath & specific movements you will stretch and strengthen your muscles, reduce muscular tension, build flexibility and strength, and improve balance and bone strength.

Patti Prema Kristiansen is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist in the Midcoast area since 1998.

Learn simple techniques to create the illusion of a slimmer body or more curves! Discover how to wear color, clothing styles and embellishments to trick the eye into seeing something different on the body than is really there, such as slimmer hips, a flatter stomach, more curves, or a taller, leaner figure. Bring a pen/notepad. Limit 12 students.

For all skill levels, learn how easy it is to create a three-dimensional songbird with basic felting techniques. Using a simple wire armature, textured fibers (roving), and sharp, barbed needles to complete the form, you will see your creature come to life! There are endless possibilities once you have learned the technique.
