Nonprofit Skills®: The Strategic Planning Process

Come join us and set up a fitness plan that will work for you!
Sessions include a complete orientation with RSU 3 teach Mary Manley whis is alos on-sign during the entire session. Requires a medical clearance waiver and must be 18 years or older. No street shoes allowed in the fitness facility.
The center is full equiped with:
- Cardiovascular Machines (treadmills, ellipitcals, upright and recumbent stationary bicycles, and a rowing machine)
- Free weights
- Complete Life Fitness Pro curcuit series of weight machines
