Through the movements of Tai Chi and relaxed breathing, you will cultivate, store & circulate your internal energy. The movements are non-impact, smooth and practiced very slowly at first. Western research has shown improvements in heart, bone and muscle strength, as well as large reductions in the effects of stress, and an improvement in overall balance, with regular practice.

This Certificate in Managing Change and Resolving Conflict covers the key issues and best practices for managers dealing with contentious situations in the workplace. This course will introduce you to the concepts of probability and statistics. You will learn how to calculate probabilities in a variety of situations. You will also explore simple ways to organize and analyze data by learning about different graphical displays and basic statistical terminology.

This general awareness course will assess the representation of women in various domains, including sports, politics, education, STEM fields, pink-collar jobs, and managerial positions. We will also review challenges that many working women face, as well as strategies for addressing those challenges both as an individual and from an organizational perspective. The course concludes with a brief review of milestones in the history of women in the workplace and an assessment of some ways that better representation of women can benefit businesses.

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam Prep course describes the strategies, techniques, and concepts practitioners will need to effectively prepare for the MindEdge Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam.
