Introduction to 3D Printing
with Massabesic Adult and Community Education

Introducing the fundamentals of 3D Printing for the hobbyist. This class will provide an understanding of the basic workflow, key components and available resources to get you started. Our class will be broken down into easy-to-understand language plus we will have 3, 3D printers on site to provide demonstrations throughout our course. If you are considering a 3D printer or an interesting hobby, this class is for you. Stepping into the future where your imagination is unlimited.
Substitute Training
with RSU 3 Adult & Community Education

RSU 3 schools need you! Come and learn effective classroom and behavior management skills, teaching strtegies to use in all situations, the best way to be prepared and professional, activities to use with students who finish early, whole class activities and activities to use five minutes before the bell rings. You could be earning a great day's pay before you know it. Fingerprinting and background check cost reimbursed by the district for those who come on board!

Using beads, charms, and jewelry hardware, create an assortment of fabulous earrings for your fashion style!!! Yes, you can even make Holiday earrings too!!!! There is a $10 supply fee. You can even bring your assortment of old beaded jewelry to repurpose!! You will leave with several pairs of earrings to compliment your wardrobe. $10. class fee due to instructor.

Make Your Own Lotion
with Katie Munn, Merrymeeting Community & Adult Education

The dryness of fall and winter can often affect our skin. In this class we will learn how to make our very own healing lotion. We will discuss the healing power of common herbs for the skin and how to incorporate them into your creation. We will explore different recipes on how to make lotion for the body and face. This is a great class to take if you are wanting to learn how to make hand-made lotion for holiday gifts! *A $10 Material fee is payable to the instructor on the night of class.
Sewing & Quilt Weekends
with NACE Staff, Noble Adult & Community Education

Finish those UFOs (aka unfinished objects) or start a new one. Pick up helpful tips from fellow stitchers and make new friends! Escape those constant interruptions at home with over five hours of sewing and camaraderie. Show and tell is encouraged, and no one is too new to join in the fun! Bring handwork or your sewing machine and supplies. Iron, ironing board, cutting mats and rulers supplied.
Space is limited to 16 people so be sure to register early!

Monoprinting on Clay

Learn how to transfer hand-drawn imagery onto clay using monoprinting techniques with slip and underglaze. Explore layering, line work, and expressive surface design. Bring leather-hard pots if you’d like, or use provided slabs. All materials included; $20 materials fee payable to the instructor. No experience necessary.
