Sushi may seem mysterious and exotic, but making sushi at home is something anyone can do. Join this fun, hands-on adventure into the art of sushi rolling. You will choose from a wide assortment of sushi fillings and customize your own rolls to eat during class. Delight in this all-you-can-eat buffet. A complimentary bamboo mat will be provided to bring home. No raw fish is served. This class is vegan and gluten friendly.

Children 12 years old and up accompanied by an adult are welcome to register at the same price. Please bring a cutting board, a sharp NON- serrated knife, large bowl, and a cotton dish towel.

Robin's Zumba® classes have been running strong for over 17 years through the Wells Ogunquit Adult Ed. Zumba® is dance exercise for people who don't consider themselves dancers but love to dance. The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Robin uses fun, high energy music and the moves are basic and repeated enough times so that you really know them. Plus one of the best things about Zumba® is the emphasis on modifying the moves to make them your own.  Questions about the class? Learn how pets in spirit have the ability to send signals to the living, and wait for us in the afterlife. Rob Gutro, medium, paranormal investigator, scientist, and author of the Pets and the Afterlife series (books 1-4) will discuss how to cope with grief after losing a beloved pet. He will identify the signs they give us and the science behind why living pets can sense entities. By the end of the talk, you'll be able to find the signs from your pets in spirit. 

Whether you are new to the world of printmaking, or an experienced printmaker, you will benefit from working alongside others in an experimental, supportive and convivial studio environment. You will have access to a small roller press and will explore various other printmaking tools and styles. This class will focus on intaglio printmaking techniques including engraving and drypoint printmaking. Don’t worry about a materials list, there are usually enough supplies for you to try out various techniques before deciding on a direction for your work. You will use your sketchbook to develop ideas for your prints, then decide which technique best suits your images. If you lack confidence, the Instructor and your studio mates will work with you to develop projects that will both help you learn the basics while also giving you freedom to express yourself in a way that’s meaningful to you. Oils are a very forgiving medium, great for learning because it’s easy to revise, repaint, wipe out and start over. Keeping an oil painting mobile and active throughout the process means that at any moment or any stage, your painting can surprise you and move you forward in a new direction. Sometimes one brushstroke allows you to see new possibilities. Ed has helped many artists power through their fear of starting, and gain confidence as oil painters.
