Needle Felting for Beginners & Intermediates: Make a Snowman!*

Tuesday, December 10th, 5-8 PM
You will make an approximate 6-inch snowman from white wool fibers to enjoy decorating with during the coming holiday and winter season. Choose to add a miniature red cardinal and faux greenery in your snowman’s arms and or make a winter hat and scarf from your choice of fiber colors to keep him “snug.”
There will be a $15 materials fee, separate from the registration fee, due to the instructor at the start of the class (cash or check). All materials will be provided.
Students between the ages of 13-16 are invited to register with a registering parent or guardian. This is a fun, very do-able activity for teenagers. There will be a storm make-up class on December 17th, if needed. Limit 10 students
Paint & Celebrate with Suzette

Celebrate the birth of the legendary and locally renowned artist, Suzette East, and the holiday season with a painting class featuring her original ‘Joyeux Noel St. Nick’ design! In honor of Suzette’s birthday, she’ll be teaching this fun, festive class inspired by old-world Father Christmas, this artwork brings Santa to life in a charming, timeless style. St. Nick is dressed in a red, fur-lined cloak, draped over a deep blue suit adorned with golden stars, and a crown of holly and berries rests upon his head. Over one shoulder, he carries a decorated Christmas tree, aglow with gold stars, while a sack of toys peeks out with a cheerful candy cane and teddy bear. Join us to paint this festive scene on slate, capturing the warm, nostalgic spirit of the season! All materials will be provided, so just bring yourself, your creativity, and your holiday cheer! And of course, no birthday celebration would be complete without cake! (Yes, there’ll be cake)
