More than the computer screens, mice and computer chairs, ergonomics, is the interaction of the human body with the devices we use (cooking utensils, gardening tools, hobby devices, etc.). According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary the definition of ergonomics is: an applied science concerned with designing and arranging things people use so that the people and things interact most efficiently and safely. We will discuss the healing power of common herbs for the skin and how to incorporate them into your creation. We will explore different recipes on how to make lotion for the body and face.
