Come learn about techniques, devices, and splints, to balance daily activities and exercises with pain management. Self-care is conservative care and often the first line of care prescribed by Occupational Therapists.

Focus on play from the kitchen line, when to use defensive shots and when to attack. Work on developing consistency in all elements of your game. Please bring your own paddles. Learn the basics of the fast growing sport of Pickleball. Easy to learn well enough in a short time to have fun, get exercise, fresh air and find people to play with. Working with Silver Clay is an exciting process where the inexperienced can explore their artistic abilities and create unique one of a kind items. All key points are covered, from cleaning and sanitization to cooking temperatures, purchasing, and proper methods of food preparation and delivery. Price includes unlimited practice questions, book, class, and proctored exam. Students will be taught information in a variety of manners, including an exciting round of Food Jeopardy. Your instructor will be bilingual (Spanish/English), with over a decade of experience instructing adult learners at hospitals, VAs, colleges and universities, restaurants and hotels, and more. Upon completion of this course participants will receive a certificate of completion. *This certification program runs concurrently with the food manager class. Students may opt to take the food manager exam during the last night, on 4/29 if they desire.
