Basic Wire Wrap Jewelry

Create a necklace or two by learning the basic frame-work for creating simple wraps for stones with holes or without. Simple bails, fancy design for finishing the pendants, using curls and spirals. Bring your tools and supplies, and any questions you may have. Supplies and tools can be purchased at: Joann Fabric and Craft Stores, Hobby Lobby, or Butler Hill Beads on Minot Avenue in Auburn. Items to bring with you are as follows: wire: 18 or 20 gauge, and 26 or 28 gauge; stones (this can be a tumbled stone, cut stone or glass); chain or cord (neck chain or cord to compliment wire); clasps and connector; magnetic, lobster claw, or toggle, split rings to attach closure.
Country Primitive Holiday Snowman Centerpiece

Heidi will provide all the materials you need to make and bring home this snowman for you to display in your home this season or to give to someone for the holidays. Heidi is locally famous for her little country primitive mice but she is talented at so much more. She has been perfecting her craft for over 40 years and wants to share her talents with you. Don’t miss this class!

Exploring Your Spiritual Gifts Fall 2023

What does this all mean? In this fun group workshop we will go over many of the various spiritual gifts, helping you to understand the differences and how they might be present in YOU! Interactive discussion format. After the discussion, the real fun begins as Angie will help you explore and access your spiritual gifts of intuition, mediumship and healing by playing some fun Psychic and Mediumship games! You’ll be amazed at how your gifts present themselves! No experience necessary for this fun and enlightening workshop!! Prepayment is required to hold your spot in class. In this 4 week class you'll get all the tools you need to take find real life floral inspiration and translate that directly into your watercolor floral creations. You'll learn "go to" resources for floral inspiration and detailed, step-by-step process for you to get to know each bloom, bud and piece of foliage and how to realistically recreate those flowers in your own watercolor pieces. Using these techniques, your floral possibilities will be limitless! This is an Intermediate level- some watercolor experience recommended. A materials list will be provided to you.

Paint Night: Bird in Birches

Pine Needle Basket Fall 2023

Pine needle basket weaving is an ancient art that has been practiced by various cultures around the world. In this class, we will learn some of the history of pine baskets, learn about the type of pine trees that produce the best needles, and then learn how to craft a small basket using needles and a few other tools and materials. Registration and payment are required to hold your spot in class. Space is limited! Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. If our Adult Ed office or instructor cancel class, refunds will be issued to students. Jessica Steele M.Ed. has a deep passion for the wilderness and for teaching. Reusable Beeswax Wraps
