Prepare for your permit and get valuable driving practice. Students must be at least 15 years old to attend. Classes run Monday to Thursday from 2-4pm (no class on holidays). The first class runs from 2-5pm and a parent or gaurdian must attend from 4-5pm.

Join our indoor walking program for adults. Enjoy protection from the elements as you get or keep in shape. Offered Mondays through Thursdays.

This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form  of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based.  Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat,  block, strap and blanket to class.

Parents:  It is vital that your student arrive on time for class.  Due to late arrivals, students have fallen short of their 30 hours of class time and must make up the time.  Because the State of Maine requires 30 hours of class time, if your student arrives late, they will be turned away, and a charge will apply (below) for the class to be made up.  It is very important that your student arrives on time.  Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.  Thank you for your understanding.

Please bring a birth certificate or passport to the first class and a pen to every class. Parents/Guardians must attend the last 45 minutes of the first class and participate in a ride-along with their child, which the instructor and the parent will schedule.

 Are you between the ages of 15 and 19 and want your State of Maine permit to prepare for your driving exam? We offer driver education courses to help build strong, safe, and confident drivers. Students are awarded an instructional permit upon successfully completing the course with a grade of 80 percent or better and completing the required hours of instruction. The total hours of instruction are 40; 30 are in the classroom, and 10 are behind the wheel. A full payment of $575 is due at the time of registration. If a student withdraws from the course, $75 is withheld from the refund to cover program costs. Only employee discounts for this class. In this class, you will learn all of the essential information needed to be able to understand the components of an astrological chart. Learn the basic philosophy behind astrology and how it can be used, with Rebecca Quigg of Pluto’s Heart Astrology. A personal astrological birth chart is included.

In this one night workshop, you will learn about the different kinds of glass , how to cut and grind glass. We will be making acid etched hearts. You will be able to take them home that night. Lab fee $10.00 to be paid to instructor at the beginning of workshop.
