YOGA 2

This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based. Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat, block, strap and blanket to class.

Maine Driving Dynamics
with Maine Bureau of Highway Safety, Wells-Ogunquit Adult Community Education

You can improve your defensive driving abilities. Learn collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that challenge Maine drivers. If you complete the course, you will receive a 3-point credit on your license. Sorry, online registration is not available for this class. Please provide your date of birth and license number when you call to register at 646-4565, or write it on your registration form if mailing. Rotisserie Chicken Class

This class will introduce delicious lunch and dinner meals by using affordable rotisserie chicken already cooked and ready to go. Fun, easy, and chef friendly meals. This is a hands-on class where participants will have the opportunity to work the recipes. Please bring a Tupperware container with you to take home the leftovers. Each participant will receive a whole chicken to work with and also a recipe book to take home. Grocery fee of $10. due to instructor at time of class.

Peabody Essex Museum and Hawthorne Inn

Come join us to visit and see the new three floor addition to the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem Massachusetts. We will start with a private tour. After the tour, you will be able to enjoy the museum on your own. We will finish the museum visit at 12:30. We will have lunch (which is included in the price) at the historical Hawthorne Inn with a choice of one of four menu selections. We will return to Wells High School approximately at 4:00.Limit of 7 people.

PAPER QUILTING - NEW

You know quilting…machine, fabrics, large surface areas…..UGH. Now you can create a beautiful frameable quilt made from luxurious paper!!! Using geometric and decorative paper punches, canvas boards, and quilt square designs, create a gorgeous paper quilt square you can frame. Jeffrey has been creating actual quilts since he was a young guy growing up with quilting grandmothers in the mountains of West Virginia . He has switched to creating paper quilt collages and is eager to share with you this new type of art. You will leave with your own frameable piece of quilt art.
