Easy Hikes with Jackie-NEW

Are you interested in getting outside for an easy hike to enjoy the fresh air and exercise? Join us for 4 easy hikes in the fall, each covering a distance of 2 miles. Locations to be announced each week. First hike at Rachel Carson in Wells on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Walking outside is considered good therapy to boost your spirits and mood. Tai Chi For Life

This gentle program was designed by Dr Paul Lamb MD - family physician, as a “gateway” for mature adults to have the opportu-nity to taste the fruit of Tai Chi, keeping in mind those who have not started their Tai Chi journey. Anyone can learn this programand improve their balance, strength, and health, and enjoy a betterquality of life. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and flatbottom shoes.
