Robin's Zumba® classes have been running strong for over 17 years through the Wells Ogunquit Adult Ed. Zumba® is dance exercise for people who don't consider themselves dancers but love to dance. The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Robin uses fun, high energy music and the moves are basic and repeated enough times so that you really know them. This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form  of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based.  Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat,  block, strap and blanket to class.

Approved for Maine Operators under 26 years of age on inland waters and coastal waters! 

This course is approved by the State of Maine and meets the requirements of the new law requiring boater education for operators between 16 and 25 years of age on inland and coastal waters out to the Three-Mile Line. It meets the requirements for PWC operators ages 16 and 17. This is the NASBLA (National Association of Boating Law Administrators) approved course, for all ages, honored in all states, on inland and coastal waters, where boater education is required. Course ID Card must be carried when operating. 

Participation in an ATV and snowmobile education course will teach how to properly operate and maintain an ATV and snowmobile. Laws, responsibilities, and personal safety will also be covered. Passage of final exams is required. You must attend the whole class in order to receive your certificates. Students under 16 yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This 4-hour course is designed to give Boaters a working knowledge and understanding of lines and line handling techniques. It will include a discussion of the various types of lines, and related safety concerns, as well as how to tie the essential knots used every day on the water. A hands-on approach will be used to demonstrate and practice each knot. This course will also cover Docking and Anchoring equipment and procedures with an emphasis on how it all works. Crane Estate in Ipswich Massachusetts was built by Richard Crane Junior in 1928 as a summer residence. It is a 59 room mansion, with incredible views of the ocean. It was designed by the famous architect from Chicago David Adler. Richard Crane was in the plumbing and manufacturing business. This trip leaves the Wells High School at 8:30 AM we will tour the mansion and grounds and stop for lunch and return to the Wells High School around 3 PM.
