I will provide 6 cookies and royal icing for decorating. Each month will have a different theme that I have preplanned. This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form  of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based.  Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat,  block, strap and blanket to class.

Do you have leftover scraps of paper or card stock?  Don’t throw them away!  Learn how to make a quilted star, a fractured card and a strip card from scraps.  All materials and instructions will be provided as well as scraps from different color groups and a variety of sentiments for various occasions (including Valentine’s Day)

INSTRUCTOR: FAITH GARNETT has been teaching card making for more than 10 years and sells her cards on line and at craft fairs

This class will introduce various simple meal recipes using a muffin tin for making a set of meals that can be eaten right away or frozen to be microwaved later. This class is a hands-on class with participants, and they will be taught how to properly store these meals and also sample the recipes. Please bring in a small Tupperware container to take home left overs. You will also receive a cookbook with over 60 muffin meal recipes with pictures of the finished products. Grocery fee of $10. due to instructor at time of class.

This class will introduce most of the ways to create egg dishes. Hard boiled, soft boiled, over easy, over hard, scrambled, egg salad, omelets and frittatas. There will be a cooking demonstration for each style of egg dish plus a chance to sample the egg dishes. Please bring a small Tupperware container to take home leftovers.
