During this class you will hit multiple muscle groups and burn calories in a workout that is designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles and boost balance, flexibility and endurance. Everyone can work at their own pace and fitness level. There will be progressions and regressions for each exercise. The goal is to leave sweaty, with a smile and feeling empowered! Please bring your own exercise mat and a set of hand weights. Water is also highly encouraged!

This class will begin with an overview of basic estate planning, including Wills,Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. The class will then delve into,learning how revocable trusts can help avoid probate and protect your privacy, andhow irrevocable trusts can protect your assets from nursing home or Maine Care(Medicaid) liens. Discussion will include other strategies to safeguard assets from life events such as business failure or divorce of adult children.

Kathryn Bedell is a lawyer in York, Maine and has been practicing for 31 years. Her practice focuses on estate planning, asset preservation, and probate matters.

Using CANVA to make your graphics -  Canva is a free-to-use online graphic design tool. You can use it to create social media posts, presentations, posters, videos, logos, and more.

What is AI, and how can I use it? Demonstration of using ChatGPT - it can answer your questions, write copy, draft emails, and hold a conversation, based on prompts that you give it. If you like, sign up for an account and try it out!

Social Media Marketing Creating an online presence for your small business, a brief overview of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Creating images and videos, and posting to social media.

Your Digital Legacy - What happens to your online accounts when you pass away? How to set legacy contacts for your accounts, or have them automatically removed.

Illustrating Nature With Watercolor and Ink

Create illustrations of nature with watercolor and ink. This class welcomes all skill levels to master classic dip pen and ink techniques, and integrate them with watercolor. Each week, students will delve into different subjects, such as botanicals, celestial scenes, and landscapes. Students will learn to create and control watercolor ‘blooms’, and use masking fluid. At the end of the course, students will have a variety of beautiful projects worthy of framing, and expertise in watercolor and dip pen techniques. Students can either buy themselves the required materials - a materials list will be provided - or they can buy material kits from the instructor (additional $30 fee).
