Human Reformer Pilates - Session 2

Human Reformer Pilates is a way to harness the potential of your own body, using it as the ultimate reformer. With just 1 resistance band, you can capture all the postural, core, and alignment challenges that reformer work is famous for - courtesy of Pilates mat programming that mirrors traditional reformer exercises. Equipment that will be used in class includes: a yoga mat, and a Flex Cord or 48" resistant band or something equivalent. Registration: $44
Each class is taught "live" Wednesdays from 6:15-7:00am and you will have access to the recordings for a duration of 6 weeks
Needle Felting Wooly Owl Spring 2025

“Owl teach you how to make this fine feathered fellow! Create a charming needle-felted owl with options to add legs for perching or leave legless to hang as an ornament. Using a simple core shape, you’ll add wings, a face, and faux feathers. Great fun for those with some needle-felting experience, but beginners are welcome to try! All tools and materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own needle-felting pens, multi-tools, small pliers, or wire cutters.
