You're Not Just Anxious, You're An Empath! - NEW

$28

with Wells-Ogunquit Adult Community Education

Calendar Mar 14, 2019 at 6 pm

Many people are empathic and do not realize it. They feel uncomfortable in crowds, sick after national or global “events” or “have a bad feeling” about particular situations/individuals. There are ways to not only survive but also thrive once we understand what’s going on and set our personal boundaries. Kristi will share ways to not only survive but also thrive within the energies and emotions of our world. Feel better in your own skin! Instructor: Kristi Borst is a natural-born in healer, fractal artist, international speaker and spiritual guide. She was ordered to shut down her abilities as a preschooler but reconnected with her Healing Resonance in 2013. She works with people of all ages, individually and as groups, here in Wells and by phone, helping “release that which no longer serves” the highest good. Kristi is adept at affecting mind, body, spirit and emotions at the quantum level for integrative wellness & joy. www.ReleasingYourBlocks.com

Zumba

$45

with Claudia Elwell, Oak Hill Adult & Community Education

Calendar Feb 11, 2019 at 6 pm, runs for 6 weeks

With no experience required, Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Benefits

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

This class is a 6 week session held on Mondays 6-7pm at Carrie Ricker School in Litchfield in the cafeteria.

**There will be NO class on 2/18/19
