Intro to ZUMBA

Interested in trying out a ZUMBA Fitness class but worried you'll be lost in a sea of confusing steps ? This 30 minute class will break down the steps. We'll take it at a slower pace as you learn how to "single-single-double", cha-cha and more. All ages are welcome (children ages 8-12 are free).

Class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays, April 13th - May 20th from 5:15 - 5:45 P.M. at Renovation CrossFit, 25 Cedar Street, Livermore Falls.

Yoga for Fun and YOU! (Monday Session 3)

Learn to listen to your body for what it wants and needs. Using Kripalu Yoga techniques, learning your own version of postures with modifications as needed. Yoga helps with stress relief; better breathing; increase in strength and flexibility; improved circulation; cardiovascular conditioning; inner peace and more. (All classes will be designed to meet the needs of Beginning yogis and Advanced Beginners practicing yoga).  Drop-ins welcome @ $10/class.  Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes

Join certified Zumba instructors from Fine Tone Fitness for an energetic 45 minute Latin music and dance moves class.

Zumba fitness is a fun cardiovascular dance workout that combines Latin and international rhythms.  The workout can vary from high to low intensities.  There is something for everyone at any level of fitness.  While shaping and toning your body through various movements, you burn up to 500-600 calories per class ... so come join the party!

No experience required!

Mindful Yoga - Section III

Please join us for an evening of breathing and stretching in this Mindful Yoga class. This practice of yoga can help rewire or reshape our brain and improve the quality of our life experiences. In this gentle class, we move mindfully through a series of postures designed to increase flexibility and build strength while encouraging a connection between movement and breath. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat! No classes 2/18, 2/20, 4/21, 4/23.

In this interactive class, you’ll determine your body type and face shape and learn tips for choosing the most flattering clothing styles and necklines for your features. Bring your phone to take pictures and a pen and paper for notes. Candace is owner of Radiant Image, and has 30 years of branding and marketing experience working with a variety of organizations throughout northern New England. Her mission is to boost women’s self-confidence by helping them feel great about their appearance and their ability to connect effectively with others.

Spring is coming (really, it is!!!), and with it comes throwing open windows, clearing out the dust, and getting the gardens ready for another growing season.  Whether wiping the dirt out of your home or wiping the dirt off  your hands, we have natural solutions for keeping pests and critters out, for returning the sparkle, and for supporting your organic gardening.  All are super simple, proven eff ective, and will have you breathing easy, literally and fi guratively. And you’ll get to make a couple goodies, along with the recipes to make more. These are easy to make -- one will freshen up your home and another will keep pests adhering to the “hospitality rules”.
