A large focus with Amber work is people who suffer chronic pain and the management of the incredible challenges people face. Amber will teach you how to heal your body naturally through hypnosis as well as a few other powerful techniques that you can learn to incorporate into your life. Amber have helped many people alleviate and or lessen the emotional and physical symptoms of chronic pain as well as helped them reduce the amount of opioids they are taking. PLEASE NOTE: Pain is important as it is a signal something is wrong. This couse is specifically for the pain that your medical doctor has said all they can do is help manage it. 

Maine Driving Dynamics

This course offers all drivers the opportunity to improve their defensive driving skills.  Instruction will cover collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits, and attitudes.  Those completing the course will receive a 3 point credit on their driving record. 

This class will meet Tuesday, December 15th and Thursday, December 17th from 6 - 8:30 pm.

$40.00 for ages 64 and younger 

$10.00 for ages 65 plus


Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention - Advanced

This class is designed to "flip" from onsite to remote, should we need to close our buildings.

Sun style Tai Chi designed for folks who have completed and are comfortable with the first 12 lessons of the Basic Core Movements and the Extension Movements.  This innovative program, designed by Dr. Paul Lam, is for students who are looking for a more challenging set to complete the Tai Chi for Arthritis Program.  Please wear loose clothing and flat-bottom footwear suitable for exercise.  Pre-requisite:  Basic Core Movements and Extension Movements.

Sunday Yoga (Session 4)

Extension Movements

Dennis Fallo, Board Certified Instructor through Tai Chi for Health Institute, will lead you through the next six lessons using Sun style Tai Chi designed for folks who have completed the Basic Core Movements in the first six lessons. These next lessons are a continuation and natural progression by Dr. Paul Lam and will help increase focus, balance, flexibility, and fall prevention. Please wear loose clothing and flat-bottom footwear suitable for exercise.

Prerequisite: Basic Core Movements class.

This class will be held virtually through Zoom sessions.

This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based. Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat, block, strap and blanket to class. INSTRUCTOR: Leslie Fiore is a certified Anusara yoga teacher. She has worked with many of the top yoga teachers in the country. Leslie believes it’s not a complete class without a few hip-opening poses and a good laugh. THIS CLASS WILL BE THROUGH ZOOM
