This will be an interactive experience where you will get hypnosis and coaching combined, questions and answers, discussions, sharing, tips and tricks and accountability. Everyone will get a workbook with materials to support everything covered in the class. This will be REALISTIC and EASY, we will work A LOT on MINDSET and help you break through barriers that have constantly set you back from feeling your best. My intention is to create a community of wellness that is supported authentically and realistically, no restricting, no dieting, no rigorous exercise while eliminating the emotional drain all of those failed strategies have caused. A private online support group will be available for anyone attending.

Healthy Eating 101

This 2-hour class taught by an integrative nutrition health coach will focus on health eating, meal planning, meal prepping, and intuitive eating for your body. Find foods that are right for your body, get shopping and money-saving tips, as well as ideas for leftovers, how to spend less time in the kitchen, and waste less.

Mushrooms, Edible and Medicinal of New England - 10.14.20

Learn about using wild mushrooms. The various mushrooms are like vegetables. They have different flavors and widely varying textures, colors, moisture content and water absorbency. Hence, the various species respond to cooking processes differently. We will learn about matching mushroom species to cooking techniques. Also discussed will be the appropriate foods and wines to match with wild mushrooms and which species may be mixed together in a recipe.
