14-Days to Freedom: A Program to Quit Smoking (Vaping)

with Carol Charland-Cliché, Biddeford Adult Education

Calendar Sep 20, 2022 at 6 pm, runs for 1 week

Modern Smoke Cessation Using Neural Retraining Techniques (NRT)

Set yourself free from cigarettes. My neural retraining therapy program is unlike any other method you have tried to quit smoking. The 14 day program gets to the root cause of why you smoke and eliminates it by reversing the habits stored in the brain going back to when you first started smoking… even if that was as a teenager!  This is modern smoke cessation.  You can quit.

Course can be used for cigarettes, vaping and addition to nicotine patch/gum. NRT is not hypnosis, no deep trance is needed to be successful.

BONUS: A 30-minute smoke cessation NRT therapy session (in-class) that you can record for reinforcement therapy for home use.
