Hatha style yoga with beginners more than welcome.  Yoga helps reduce stress, increases flexibility and strength, and also promotes relaxation.  A fun class which will increase your energy and leave you with a serene feeling.  Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.  14 Sessions.

Youth Field Hockey Camp

Calendar Jul 9, 2019 at 5:30 pm, runs for 7 weeks

It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out with field hockey or are already a star player, this camp will help you take your game to the next level. The sessions are structured to allow players age 6-12 to progress at their own pace. Players need to bring cleats, shin guards, mouth guards and sticks. 6-7th graders will also need goggles.

Calendar Jun 10, 2019 at 5:30 pm, runs for 10 weeks

Get outdoors! Participate in track meets, develop skills and have fun!

Emphasis will be placed on technique and performance in different areas (i.e. sprints,distance runs, relays, hurdles, long and triple jump, high jump, shot put, race walk, and turbo javelin).

Practices will be Tuesdays with optional Monday sessions. There will be one meet per week. For boys and girls ages 6-14.
