Excel Essentials Level Two - Spring 2019

This four week course will offer a review of Level One on the first evening, then will move on to build on what was previously discussed. Students will learn how to build larger spreadsheets with absolute references, conditional formatting, pivot tables, flash fill, filtering, and more.

This is a hands-on introduction that will take you from the basics of understanding the tools and functions to setting up a work sheet and moving around it as well as creating formulas and importing and exporting information.  Excel has become, and continues to be, an enormously valuable program for businesses both small and large. Not knowing Excel can seriously affect your ability to get a job. Learn fundamentals of this spreadsheet program and get an idea how you can use it in your job and your personal life. The possibilities are endless and you will wonder how you managed before learning Excel!

Learn how to turn your exercise ball into a home gym without the expense!  This class is core-strength based; you will learn how to find, use and improve upon your own core strength, posture, and balance. 

Come join us to get a full body workout and learn how to use your ball at work and at home.  Bring an exercise ball (55-65 cm), 3 or 5 pound hand weights and water to class.  All ability levels are welcome.

Stacy L. Graffam is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist.

If you know you need to get moving, and your doctor has told you to exercise to help with blood pressure or high cholesterol, this is your chance to make a change! Class will focus on posture, core and balance and how to use them to make everyday life easier. Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and bring a bottle of water. Thompson Community Center Union Center Stacy Graffam is a Senior Fitness Specialist through WITS (World Instructor Trainer Schools). Registration fee includes the Senior discount.

Expansion: A Deep Journey Through Sacred Sound

This transformative workshop provides a safe space for deep, embodied learning and exploration of spiritual healing through sacred sound. Using ancient techniques of Vibrational Healing, you will be guided into an experience of expanded consciousness, the truth of yourself as a spiritual being in human form, and your soul’s purpose at this critical time in human history. BRING WITH YOU: a thick mat/padding, blankets/sleeping bag, pillows, sitting cushion, etc., to be comfortable sitting for 30-40 minutes and lying down for an extended period of time. Chairs will also be available if you prefer to not lie down.
