Wire Wrapped Sea Glass Jewelry

Twist, wrap, and loop your way to a necklace or set of earrings using design elements drawn from the sea. Combine found materials with metal and learn easy wire-wrapped loop techniques to create your own unique jewelry. Bring your own sea glass or choose from instructor's collection. Leave with a completed piece reflecting your creative design and resources to continue making similar jewelry at home. Registration closes at noon on 2/24.
Jessica Muise, a multidisciplinary artist and educator has been teaching and making art throughout New England for the last 15 years. She is passionate about using the arts as tools for social change and serves as a consultant to artists, nonprofit organizations, and coalitions for social change.
Worm Composting for Beginners Session 2

Driftwood Trees

Craft a beautiful centerpiece for your home or cottage! We'll be making decorative trees crafted from Maine driftwood! Your tree will stand roughly 12" tall. Tammy will have shells, sea glass and beach stone for decorating your tree. If you have some special pieces you'd like to use, bring them along! Materials fee of $15 payable to the instructor at class!

In just a few hours you can learn enough about playing the guitar to give you years of musical enjoyment, and you won't have to take private lessons to do it. This crash course will teach you some basic chords and get you playing along with your favorite songs right away.
Fee includes the online book, online follow up lessons, a recording of the class and also an optional periodic questions and answer session. Class is held online using zoom and is partly hands-on instruction and partly lecture/demonstration. For ages 13+

Since this class is being held online with ZOOM, you will be able to sit at home with your guitar and take this class without any pressure at all. And since the class includes an online book and online follow-up video lessons, you will be able to continue your practice and study on your own. An optional periodic online question and answer session is also included. A recording of the class is included as well. Class limited to 15 students. For ages 13+.
