Mindful Dance Fitness

$75

with Anna Fiedler, Merrymeeting Community & Adult Education

Calendar Jan 21, 2025 at 5:30 pm, runs for 6 weeks

Mindful Dance Fitness is an energizing barefoot dance workout that brings you back to your whole self - body, mind, and soul. These classes combine elements of dance, martial arts, and mindful movement to leave you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. The movement includes both form and freedom, is non-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Each class starts with setting a focus. We will then warm up, dance our hearts out, and cool down, followed by stepping back out into daily life. Anna Fiedler has taught mindful dance fitness since 2007. She enjoys creating space for others to connect together to tap into their power and well-being through movement. Please note - this class will be held at Bath Adult Ed Center at 34 Wing Farm Parkway and not Morse High School.
