13 Yeast Rolls in 3 Hours

Who can resist the smell of fresh bread baking? We will learn how to mix, knead, proof and shape basic yeast dough. Participants will learn how to create cloverleaf rolls, butter crescents, cinnamon swirls, tea rings and whole-wheat rolls, as well as an economically savory braid that comes together quickly. All materials included.
Emotional Eating: Unpacked & Under Control

This empowering class is designed to help you rebuild your relationship with food by understanding emotional eating and learning how to trust your body again. We'll explore the roots of emotional eating and how to recognize true hunger vs. emotional cravings. Class is lecture and Q&A.
Men's Stretching and Strengthening Program

Using a combination of soft flowing and strengthening exercises, gentle stretching and balance postures focusing on postural alignment, focused breathing and a meditative mindset. Free the mind of distracting thoughts, expectations, and anxiety in order to experience centering, balance, reduce stress, develop strength, flexibility and gain personal control. Bring a yoga mat, a stretch strap, and a water bottle. Wear loose comfortable clothing. *No Class: 4/21
Glass on Glass Landscape Mosaics

Please bring a photo of a natural landscape special to you to class. We will use the photos to create 8x12” mosaics by simplifying the landscape and highlighting its most prominent features. Although this is a great beginner class, all experience levels are welcome. We will learn how to score, break, and snip glass down to shape and glue to our substrate. On the last day of class we will finish with grout. No experience required! All Materials/Tools provided. A material fee of $35 must be paid to the instructor on the first night of class.
Play the Ukulele, Your Journey Begins Here

Learn to play the ukulele! It has never been more popular and you don't even have to know how to read music! On the uke you can knock out folk music, rock, blues, jazz, pop, country, tunes old and new -- even classical music. Duncan Perry, who has taught more than 700 students of all ages, will introduce you to essential chords and playing techniques using commonly known songs. Oh, and there are lots of laughs along the way. And, learning to play an instrument is good for your brain! You will need a playable ukulele and an electronic tuner or a tuner app. And when folks hear you play this happy instrument, well, they just have to smile!
