Our program is working with Hancock County Technical Center to bring a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training program to Ellsworth. Classroom instruction, lab work, and behind-the-wheel training will be the components of the program.  Funding may be available to offset registration fees.

This course can benefit you in two ways. If you intend to pass the CompTIA CASP+ (Exam CAS-004) certification examination, this course can be a significant part of your preparation. But certification is not the only key to professional success in the field of IT infrastructure management. Today's job market demands individuals with demonstrable skills, and the information and activities in this course can help you build your information security skill set so that you can confidently perform your duties as an advanced security practitioner.

The CompTIA Security+ Exam Prep Course prepares test-takers for the Security+ exam, as administered by CompTIA. The CompTIA certification is recognized worldwide and adheres to the strict standards of ISO/IEC 17024 and is approved by the US Department of Defense to meet directive 8140/8570.01-M requirements. The course contains a variety of content presentation methods to help teach the concepts and vocabulary, and ultimately, learners are given ample opportunity to assess their skills with a multiple choice practice exam.
