Conquer Your Photos App Chaos: Tame Your Mac Images - BoomerTECH (Online) F24

Many people have 1000 or more images stored in their Mac desktop/laptop Photos App. Frustration sets in when one tries to locate a picture or a video among the multitude of saved images.
Understanding the built-in organization of the Mac Photos app is the first thing you will learn in this course. Next comes organizing your images and videos into albums and folders to develop your management system. Plus, you will also learn how to tag people in photos and create shared albums that you can invite friends and family to view.
Cooking With BoomerTECH Adventures (Online) F24
with Chris Toy, Augusta Adult and Community Education
In this course, BoomerTECH Adventures guide, Chris, shares his love of cooking and enjoyment of many different foods. You will learn how to prepare several tasty stir-fries using traditional Chinese flavorings, make fresh pasta, turn leftover sweet potato into gnocchi, stir up great fried rice, and give ramen soup a delicious upgrade. In addition, discover an easy way to make your own pita pockets, flatbreads, and tortillas. Plus, you will see a way to combine the benefits of cooking on cast iron with your love of grilling. We haven't forgotten dessert! Who can resist a delectable chocolate brownie torte or apple pie? Courses are all video-based. There are 5-8 videos per course.

Daytime English at Saint Nicholas Church

Evening Indoor Walking Program
with Thomas Nash, Windham/Raymond Adult Education
Are you looking for a dry, safe, and well-lit place to walk? Join us for a healthy way to keep fit. A walking clinic will kick off the program providing information on techniques, proper stretching, goal setting, and record keeping. Info night for new participants is Monday, 1/6 from 5:30-6:30 pm in the high school cafeteria. No need to attend if you have previously participated in the walking program. Families are welcome to walk from 3:00-8:00 pm after the intro night. The nominal fee covers the entire semester! Kids are free.
