Please note that each class is taught live online via Zoom. You will be sent a link prior to class. If a student is unable to attend the live online training time, they can still register and watch the recording of the training at their convenience. Follow-up support is also included from the instructor and students are encouraged to reach out with questions at any time before or after the class has concluded.

During this class she will help answer questions including: What does Medicare cover? What does Medicare NOT cover? When can I enroll in Medicare? What is a Medicare Advantage plan? What is a Medicare Supplement plan?
Maine Boating Safety
with Brad Rounds, Windham/Raymond Adult Education
Participation in a boating education course will teach how to properly operate and maintain a boat. The Maine Inland Fisheries and Wildlife course is approved by NASBLA. Passage of a final exam is required. The course covers proper operation and safety (boat handling, equipment, trailering), laws, emergencies and cold-water survival, self-help first aid, and environment/ethics. You must attend the entire course to receive your certificate.

American Heart Association First Aid

This course covers bleeding that you can see and bleeding you cannot see; treating for shock, and how and when to call emergency services. A certification from the American Heart Association will be presented at course completion. Workbooks are not included with this class but can be purchased in advance for $10. This workbook covers CPR and First Aid. Please indicate on registration form if you want to purchase.

As a Pranic energy Healer and certified instructor, I want to help dispel the mysteries! In Chakra and Energy balancing 101, we’ll discuss just what these energy centers are, what their jobs are for your physical and emotional health, what happens when they’re not functioning at their optimal level and more importantly - we’ll do a ½ hour guided meditation to actually clear and balance those chakras out! 2 hour class
