Odin is best known as the All Father, but how did he get this name, and what's the story behind this one-eyed being? In this one-night class you will learn about Odin and his importance within Norse Mythology and hear some of Odin's tales.

In this workshop, budding artists will receive step-by-step guidance to create a beautiful portrait of their beloved furry or featheredd companions. No prior experience is necessary; Shirley welcomes beginners with open arms. The class will cover stick (SMAW) welding including learning how to weld different types of joints together, how to use the large range of supporting equipment (brushes, sanders, grinders, etc.), and the various welding processes with a focus on safety first.

Let’s have fun making three rubber stamped projects together: Project 1: use vellum, distress oxide ink and bold stamps to make a card. Project 2: interactive shaker card. Project 3: post-it notebook. Precut kits and envelopes are provided. Participants need a pair of scissors and colored pencils or markers. This is an intermediate level workshop.
