The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC program that was put in place to help low-income families pay for the cost of connecting to broadband internet access. In this class we will look at qualifying for and applying for the benefit, and what you can expect from Internet Service Providers.

Dr. Paul Lam combines his medical and Tai Chi expertise to create a very therapeutic tool with this short program. It is an easy program that anyone can learn. It was designed to help folks recover from stress, tiredness, injury, surgical procedures, and stroke, while improving balance, focus, and coordination. Self-management is the most empowering way to take control of your health and wellness. This rehabilitation program is a great start!

Loose, comfortable clothing and flat-bottom shoes suitable for exercise are recommended.
You can learn this program seated or standing.

SENIOR FITNESS - SENIOR YOGA

Senior Yoga is targeting the 55+ crowd. It is mostly gentle, easy stretches that increase mobility. A yoga mat is required, yoga block encouraged. This is a no judgment class and all levels are welcome
Birch Bark Basket Fall 2023

Learn how to make your own birch bark basket. Registration and payment are required to hold your spot in class. Space is limited!
