Come and learn about your "protective spacesuit" and practice simple exercises that introduce "boundaries", improve self-regulation, promote self-compassion, strengthen immunity, and keep negative energies from spiraling inward. Tai Chi For Life Part 2

Part 1 is recommened for this class. This gentle program was designed by Dr Paul Lamb MD - family physician, as a “gateway” for mature adults to have the opportu-nity to taste the fruit of Tai Chi, keeping in mind those who have not started their Tai Chi journey. Anyone can learn this programand improve their balance, strength, and health, and enjoy a betterquality of life. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and flatbottom shoes.
